For futures traders only two firms really matter: FundedNext and Topstep. The rulebook decides the winner — and the biggest rule of all is whether you are allowed to hold a position overnight.

Rules and prices are the firms' published terms as of September 2026 — always re-read the rulebook before you buy in.
Not being allowed to hold overnight or over the weekend is the primary reason FundedNext is the better choice. The trader has much higher chances of being profitable if a position can be held overnight or over the weekend, as pure intraday trading is a very tough call and only few traders can do it yielding constant profits. So again — FundedNext is the winner.
